The service

CuteXpress is the online ordering surface for one kitchen. We show live menu items, prices in Ghana cedis (GH₵), and opening hours. The house may run in browse-only mode sometimes — you can look around, but accounts or orders stay off until we turn ordering on.

Accounts

You may need an account to checkout or see order history. Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Give accurate name, email, and mobile details so we can prepare your order and reach you. Staff sign-in is separate and only for kitchen and manager roles.

Orders

When you submit an order, you are asking the kitchen to prepare those plates. Prices and availability come from the menu at checkout. The house may confirm, adjust, delay, or cancel an order if an item runs out, the kitchen is closed, or we cannot reach you. Ticket numbers and status updates appear in the app and may be sent by SMS or email as described in our Privacy policy.

Delivery, pickup, and dine-in are offered as the house describes on the site. Delivery arrangements are made by the restaurant, not a separate rider marketplace.

Payment

Pay with Momo or cash when the house accepts it. Mobile money and card payments are taken by Paystack Ghana Limited on behalf of CISCA CuteXpress. Paystack collects the money, then tells us the order is paid. The text from your mobile network may name Paystack, because Paystack is the company that takes the payment. Cash is paid to the restaurant when you collect or on delivery. If a payment fails or is disputed, contact us with your ticket number. Refunds, if any, are at the house’s discretion and Ghana law.

Messages from the house

By giving us your email or mobile number, you agree we may contact you for informational purposes about your orders and account — including SMS and email about status, payment, and receipts. The manager may also send occasional offers or news to guests who have shared a number, within what the law allows. See Privacy for how to opt out of non-essential texts.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no false orders, harassment of staff, attempts to break into manager or kitchen tools, or scraping that overloads our systems. We may suspend accounts or refuse service for abuse.

Disclaimer

The site is provided as-is. We work to keep menus and hours accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Marketing photos and ratings on the home page may be illustrative; live prices and dishes come from the manager board.

Changes

We may update these terms or the Privacy policy. We will post the new date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
